About Jason
Jason is dedicated to helping clients relieve pain, optimize musculoskeletal function, and decompress in a welcoming environment. Drawing from extensive experience in strength training, he brings a strong biomechanical understanding to exercise-induced muscle tension, fascial restrictions, and postural imbalances.
His clinical focus centres on treating acute and chronic strain in the neck, shoulders, and lower back, as well as addressing upper crossed syndrome and postural misalignment. Jason prioritizes active listening and thorough assessment to tailor each session to the client’s individual needs.
He combines targeted therapeutic techniques—including deep tissue work, myofascial release, and joint mobilization—with restorative relaxation to help clients move and feel their best.
